2023 PARTY FAVOUR WHITE
This wine is made from Riesling, Muscat Ottonel, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay Musqué grown in Niagara. The grapes were destemmed and pressed into a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrel for fermentation. A month before bottling, the varieties are blended to make something cohesive. This wine is off-dry at 10 g/L of sugar. 11.3% ABV

2023 PARTY FAVOUR ORANGE
This wine is made from Riesling, Hibernal, Marsanne, Muscat Ottonel, and Sauvignon Blanc grown in Niagara. The grapes were destemmed into stainless steel for a fourteen-day maceration with modest pumpovers early on. The wine is then pressed off into tank and neutral barrel for élevage. The varieties are blended a month before bottling. 11% ABV

2023 PARTY FAVOUR ROSÉ
This wine is made from a combination of Gamay Noir and Blaufränkisch from Four Mile Creek in Niagara. The fruit was destemmed before a five-day semi-carbonic maceration in stainless steel. The wine is then pressed into tank and neutral barrel for a five-month élevage. The varieties are blended a month before bottling. 10.2% ABV

2023 PARTY FAVOUR RED
This wine is made from a blend of Gamay Noir, Cabernet Franc, Rotburger, and Marsanne, all grown near Jordan. A combination of carbonic maceration and short maceration times makes for a lighter bistro-style red. It is bottled unfined, unfiltered, with a modest SO2 addition. 10.8% ABV
