This will be our fourth instalment of Synaesthesia at the SAAG. The goal is to pair wine with the brand new exhibits, capturing their character and content of the art. Wines can be gentle, percussive, lofty, etherial, dank, or luminous; they can convey time and place, not to mention the makers’ philosophy and politics. By looking through a new lens, you’ll hopefully have a greater appreciation for both the visual and consumable art.
